The Board of Health would like to remind everyone that the following applications must be turned in and have them approved to receive your permits before any work is done. You can find most applications here or you may come to a meeting to pick one up.

Septic Systems - 2 copies of the plans, one for the Health Agent and one for the board. Also as a reminder it will make it easier for the board if you have a street number as well as street name on the form.  Fee $150.00

Wells –  Fee $35.00

One Day Events – In order to sell food you must make out application and get a permit before selling any food at the events. Fee $10.00 per day
