Home Broadband Committee Wireless Servive Update

Wireless Servive Update

E-mail Print

Doug Norton of Country Roads / Access Plus wants to let people know that he and is (few!) people are working toward getting homes checked out and connected.

They are a

small company with numerous projects underway and have had personnel on vacation. They have had people on vacation as well. They are a *small* company and are working as fast as they can. They have added two summer installers which might help but some people might not hear from them for a few days or weeks.

They are trying to do something which is not simple and which no other company has tried, so they simply ask patience and for people not to confuse lack of response at this phase with customer support once the service is provided.
