Wendell’s Local Food Coordinator, Liz Carter, has a BS in Plant and Soil Science, with a Soils concentration, from UMass, Amherst. She has worked in farms across the US and Europe, and worked as an organizer and educator in Springfield MA, New Orleans, LA, New York, NY, and the White Mountain National Park, NH.
