Six Wendell body movement teachers lead sessions on a rotating basis. A variety of yoga styles are offered as well as chi-gong and psychocalisthenics*. Teachers include Francesco Compagnone aka Apollo, Shay Cooper, Donna Horn, Arieh Kurinsky, Patty Smythe, and Susan Von Ranson.
Classes are held every Sunday November - May and start promptly at 10am. Students are responsible to participate at the level that is safe for their physical condition. While many students attend regularly all are welcome to participate in individual classes as it fits their schedules. Please bring a yoga mat. (Several mats are available to borrow.) Please do not wear scents or perfumes.
*Psycho calisthenics is a system of 23 movement and breath works designed for activating, stimulating and rejuvenating the five cavities of the body. It is taught by Francesco, aka Apollo.
