Boomers and Seniors are welcome to participate in strength & balance classes. Great for weight loss too! The Wednesday class is lead by Occupational Therapist, Marianne Vinal, and is geared to older residents, and those with more limited mobility or health issues.
Hand weights provided. Exercises are done sitting or standing. Class is drop-in. Wear comfortable clothes. No previous weight training experience required. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.


Saturdays 8:30AM
Led by Rosie Heidkamp, this class is more vigourous than the Wednesday class and is geared towards active adults who are looking to maintain or improve their balance and strength.
