Breema Bodywork Mini Sessions Saturday January 6th 10-noon. 4 Breema body workers offering 20 minute sessions of Breema massage that includes tension-relieving stretches and movements to create balance. Wear comfortable cloths. Sign up recommended. Free

Sci Fi Book Discussion: Timewise by Wendell author Bob Leet. A fast paced adventure dealing with rogue FBI agents, quantum physics and time travel. Six copies of Timewise are available to borrow from the library. Discussion with author is on Sunday, January 28th 3- 4pm. Free. Additional copies available for purchase through Amazon.

Healthy Gut Bacteria with Alicia Walters, MS, RDN/LDN. Saturday January 20th, 10am-noon. Powerpoint presentation on emerging science in the field of microbiome, diet and health and how to incorporate pro and prebiotic-rich foods for beneficial health outcomes. Free

Lacto-Fermented Foods with Luc Bodin and Trudy Smith. Saturday January 27th 10am-noon. How to make flora friendly pickles, relishes & condiments using roots, cabbage, horseradish and spices. Lots of samples to taste. Free
