What do we do?
We practice meditation rather informally, without emphasis on a particular tradition.
We sit in silence on chairs (3 great rocking chairs!) or on cushions (1 or 2 available, or bring your own) for 25 minutes.
Someone shares a short inspirational reading -- such as a poem, or an excerpt from an essay, book, or personal writing -- and then we respond (or not...) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Afterward, those who wish to stay, meditate for another 10 minutes.
