Wendell Cultural Council Seeks Funding Proposals

Wendell Cultural Council (under the MA Cultural Council) Seeks Funding Proposals.

Application submissions will be accepted online from October 1st to the Nov. 15th at the Massachusetts Cultural Council website. Due to the delays in state budgets, the deadline for submission has been pushed back to mid-November and the exact amount of granting funds is not yet available. Any new information will be posted on the MCC website.

November 15, 2019 is the postmark deadline for organizations, schools, and individuals to apply for Local Cultural Council Grants that support cultural activities in the Arts, Humanities, and Sciences. These grants can support a variety of programs and activities such as workshops, performances, children's programs and field trips, presentations, and exhibits, and remote online projects. Our goal is to provide diverse experiences reaching a wide range of audiences.Due to the uncertain conditions during this time of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we encourage applicants to be creative in serving public benefit, although we hope that these times of limited gatherings for events will not last forever. Approved projects for the last funding cycle FY 2020 that were unable to be carried out, have been extended into this following year (FY 2021).

Applications are submitted online. See the MA Cultural Council website for more information.
