Building Department

Starting May 1, 2025, the Franklin County Cooperative Inspection Program will offer Building Inspection and Zoning services to the Town of Wendell (they will not provide Electrical, Plumbing, or Gas inspection services). Please mail or drop off building permit applications to:

FRCOG Attn: FCCIP 12 Olive Street, Suite 2, Greenfield, MA 01301.

All checks should be made payable to “FRCOG.” Please refer to the new building permit application fee schedule under Building Forms & Permits or at https://frcog.org/project/franklin-county-cooperative-inspection-program/
