The Town of Erving Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 6:30 PM, to hold a public hearing at the Erving Town Hall, 12 East Main Street, Erving, MA, on the application from Cayla Pollard requesting a Variance approval or other relief as may be necessary from Section 230-4.2 of the Erving Zoning By-Laws, for the construction of a single family home on Old State Road, parcel 5-0-16, in the Town of Erving.
