The yoga workshop format is styled to allow time for greater focus than a traditional class can provide, Handouts to study for clarification. Consideration given to each student’s uniqueness, age, level of fitness. Facilitator: Shay Whitman Cooper.

1/30 Hips & Thighs We will continue to find the freedom-and quietness of the frog.  Joint congruence. How energy moves in spirals. Why open groins are so important for circulation between the upper and lower body. Balance.

Times: Tuesdays 11:00-12:15 am  Workshops are free offered by the Wendell Free Library programs fund. Registration is requested and donations gratefully accepted.
