During 2018 the Wendell Building Department issued 42 Building Permits for a total estimated value of 1,465,900. The projects included 3 new homes, 4 additions, 2 accessory buildings, 9 photovoltaic systems, 3 energy conservation repairs, 8 woodstoves, and 13 miscellaneous remodeling repairs.
