1. Endorsement of an “Approval not required” subdivision of property at 96 New Saem Rd by Karen Copeland.
This is the only item on the agenda.  The meeting is expected to be short.
An “Approval not required” subdivision (ie, division of property lines) is one that is allowed by right, according to Wendell’s planing and zoning bylaws.  Assuming the application meets the conditions for an ANR (for example, lot size and frontage), the planning board is not empowered to make a decision, and simply accepts the applcation.
