Fiscal Year 2022 Preliminary 1st Half Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills Mailed

The 1st half Fiscal Year 2022 Preliminary Real Estate and PersonalProperty Tax bills were mailed October 12th. The due date for the 1st half bills is Saturday, November 13, 2021.

To make online payments using a credit card, debit card, or bank payment, go to https://www.unitaxonline.com. Select Wendell from the drop down menu on the main page. Select the type of tax bill you wish to pay, and enter the year and bill number as shown on your paper bill. You can also use this site to search for your current Real Estate bill by last name or street, whether you will be paying the bill online or not.

Non-cash payments may be deposited in the Tax Payment drop box located in front of the Town Office Building at 9 Morse Village Road or mailed to the Tax Collector, PO Box 214, Wendell, MA 01379. You can use money orders or postal orders in place of cash.

Cash payments may be made during the Tax Collector’s office hours at 9 Morse Village Road on Saturdays from 10am-1pm.
