Good Neighbors in Town

Wendell town hall - Photo By Christopher ParkerWendell's "Good Neighbors" is a volunteer driven food pantry serving residents of Wendell and New Salem. They provide free food and information and referral services to other programs serving low-income individuals and families.

"Good Neighbors" depends on a large group of dedicated volunteers, as well as donations from the community. At present more than 25% of Wendell's residents are members of "Good Neighbors" with more people joining weekly. Donations are greatly appreciated and can be mailed to:

"Good Neighbors" is located in the old Town Hall in Wendell Center

New shopping schedule effective July 6, 2014.

Households with last names A-K and households with last names L-Z have separate shopping times.

If it is your side Pantry week your group shops at Session 1. If not, come for Session 2.

A-K shops session 1 on the 1st and 3rd Sundays
L-Z shop session 1 on the 2nd and 4th Sundays

Session 1: (12:15- 12:45 PM) Doors open at 12:10. Shopping starts at 12:15
Session 2: ( 1:00-1:30 PM) Doors open at 1 PM. Shopping starts at 1:05

Anyone may call 978-544-3775 after Wednesday morning any week to hear the coming Sunday's schedule. You can also leave a message.
