Description:

Any person conducting business under any title (business name) other than the real name of the person conducting the business must file a DBA certificate. All signatures must be made in front of a notary or the Town Clerk. The cost to file a DBA is $20.00 for a new business, $4.00 to renew. The certificate is valid for a period of four (4) years from the date of its original filing.
