Pursuants to Massachusetts General Laws, official printed copies of general and zoning bylaws are maintained in the office of the Town Clerk.

Any person conducting business under any title (business name) other than the real name of the person conducting the business must file a DBA certificate. All signatures must be made in front of a notary or the Town Clerk. The cost to file a DBA is $20.00 for a new business, $4.00 to renew. The certificate is valid for a period of four (4) years from the date of its original filing.
