Ward will leave the meeting due to his conflict of interest with the following item. (He delineated the wetlands while he was not on the Commission.)
Continuation of Wendell Solar LLC hearing: At the time of this posting, the applicants have asked that the December 3 3rd-party review be postponed. At the December 1 Planning Board meeting it was announced that Wendell’s Town Counsel has determined that the application to the PB was invalid because the PB’s original special permit had not been extended. As of this posting, the applicants have not indicated whether they want to stay on this agenda.
