Agenda:
Annual Report: due January 31. Draft will be available by January 13 for approval.
Budget: The Finance Committee needs the FY27 budget (see attached request). Include $162 for MACC dues.
Bowen’s Pond: on January 2, GZA Engineering provided the Con Com with proof of recording of OOC and Variance with Registry of Deeds. (attached)
Fiske Pond:
DCR has agreed to have the questionable boundary surveyed between Fiske and the church camp. See attached.
Do we need to notify DCR of potential use of pesticide for invasives control? Grant status should be forthcoming this month.
Gap in WPA: for discussion. See attached.

Minutes and mail:
Approval/amendment of minutes for December 9.
MACC dues for FY27 will be $162, due by August 30.
National Grid: received 12/11/25; notification of exempt utility maintenance along the ROWs this winter and spring. Activity includes boring within jurisdictional areas along the Millers and near a Certified Vernal Pool. That is likely to be the CVP next to the ROW south of Stone Road.
Items not anticipated as of January 2 posting.
Ward will leave the meeting due to his conflict of interest with the following item. (He delineated the wetlands while he was not on the Commission.)
Continuation of Wendell Solar LLC hearing: As of this posting, the applicants have not indicated whether they will attend. Much depends on what happens in Land Court on January 7. The Commission may discuss procedural issues in the absence of the applicants. Stockman Associates is on hold until spring.
