• Approve and sign minutes of meeting and public hearing on December 01, 2025.
• Request for ANR (Approval Not Required) at 264-270 Wendell Depot Road. See Agenda Packet for Plan.
• Request for ANR endorsement on Locke Hill Rd, Assessor’s Map 408, Lot 53.3
• Identify possible additions and revisions of Wendell Zoning Bylaws, including Accessory Dwelling Units and ANR requirement for Backlot Development
• Attend to mail received and new business not reasonably anticipated within 48 hours
• Review notices as necessary
• Schedule next Planning Board meeting
• Discuss Town Counsel response to questions about the Nexamp/Wendell Solar LLC application and the Land Court complaint from Michael Pill against Nexamp
