• Schedule next Planning Board meeting, tentatively Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6:00PM
• Review of request for ANR (Approval Not Required) for project plan at 264 and 270 Wendell Depot Road. See Agenda Packet for the ANR plan.
• Request for guidance from owner of 13 Morse Village Road regarding use of Easement at 9 Morse Village Road for a shed.
• As time allows, recap of Public Hearing on 9/29/2025 for Wendell Solar LLC’s application for Special Permit (for Battery Energy Storage System) and for Site Plan Review (for Stormwater Management System); and planning for the continued Public Hearing on 10/27/2025.
