· 202 Mormon Hollow Rd – This property will receive a final judgement from Land Court soon so the Town needs to decide how to proceed. (This is the D&B Landfill on Mormon Hollow Rd). We basically will have 45 days to decide if the Town is going to keep it. I have reached out to the Board of Health and Con Com for historic information regarding the States involvement, but I haven’t heard from Con Com and Tom from the BOH is going to sift through their file box as he has time.

· Frank McGinn accepted the position of Facilities Manager, who should he report to?

· Special Town Meeting – Response from Anna or Katy for days/dates towards the beginning of October?

· Approval of the Road on New Salem/Wendell line – all data, cost of road, vs. Wendell home taxes, etc., to evaluate how to move forward for Wendell & New Salem

· Wendell Erving Bridge – Did the new bid come in (or is the old bid still good)?

· Old Farley Road issue -Anything additional?

· ADA Accessibility to Town Meetings (Accessibility options, hybrid meetings, and additional committee members)
