Bodmer-Turner Conservation Restriction (proposed):
Liam Cregan, Land Conservation Specialist with Franklin Land Trust has
requested time on the Commission’s July 8 agenda to discuss placing a CR
on Simone Bodmer-Turner’s property on the New Salem/Wendell town line at
the intersection of Jennison and Wendell roads. I informed Cregan that
the July 8 date is tentative until the June 10 meeting. See 3 attached
files.
Army Corps of Engineers’ response to Bowen’s Pond:
please see attached file.
Zoning Board of Appeals hearing: concerning an
application to the ZBA by Ashley Perkins to remove and replace a
pre-existing non-conforming structure at 19 Davis Road (Plan Map 404,
Lot 21). Lyons Brook appears on the maps in the office to run through
the property. A copy of the application will be obtained from the Town
Coordinator and shared with the Commission prior to the June 10 meeting,
The bearing of Lyons Brook on the project will also be verified with a
site visit by the agent. The Commission may need to decide if someone
from the Commission should attend the ZBA hearing on June 12, 7 p.m. at
the Town Office Building and perhaps request an RDA or NOI.
