1. Vote to approve Court Dorsey’s extension request for program now scheduled
For 1/25/26.
2. Vote unilaterally to create a one-year to date of grant award approval upon
request system to avoid future one item agenda meetings and add ease for grant applicants. Will have to consider a clause here about “within good reason” such as rescheduling, sickness, change of venue etc…
3. Any other business (including having Phyl return to committee)
