Upcoming Programs, Save the Date

Saturday March 9 1-2:30pm: Sisters in Crime Make a Mystery.  Funded by the Wendell Cultural Council. In this cozy interactive workshop, four mystery authors representing different sub-genres (including cozy/traditional, and thriller/suspense) will brainstorm on their feet to create a brand new mystery using suggestions from the audience. Fun, fast-paced, and fascinating, this improv game offers important insights into mystery writers minds and the conventions of the genre. To be followed by a short reception with food and drinks. Registration requested.

Friday April 5, 6:30pm: Dale Monette, book launch/ picture and story presentation.

Sunday May 19, 2-3pm: Monadnock Falconry Bird of Prey Demonstration at Swift River School. Funded by the Friends of the Wendell Free Library

Saturday June 8, 2-5pm: Conical Willow Basketry Workshop with Mary Fraser. Made possible by the Wendell Cultural Council and Friends of the Wendell Free Library. Registration required.

Saturday July 13, 10-Noon.  Boxville! Rain date Sat. July 20.

Every Friday: LEGO club. 4 to 5 p.m.

Every Saturday: StoryCraft. Picture book read-aloud and connected craft. Story at 10:30 a.m., drop in until 2:30 for the craft. See below for schedule.
